Marketing plan and management

We are a startup company , we have an idea and we started to implement it .we want to help school students who study at home ( home-schooling ) or who come home after the school day and they don’t understand some lessons or need help in their homework . we want to start it in Egypt and Saudi Arabia but any student in the world who study this curriculums ( British – American – Egyptian – Saudi ) can join . The idea depends on : 1- Any teacher who has free time or does not have work now and wants to teach online, he can sign up and fill his profile( experiences , fees, subjects he teaches , which grades he teach , small video for himself, his picture …..etc ) 2- Any student who wants help in his/her study, he can have this help online. So he can choose a suitable teacher who fits his needs from teachers profiles 3- We are a platform who mange the site and take the money from the students and give it to teachers after the lesson finishes You can have a look to the site (still under construction) [login to view URL] What we want now is 1- Search for teachers who teaches this curriculums and attract them to sign up in our website ( we want to cover all grades (years ) with at least 10 teachers for each subject as a beginning ) 2- We want a marketing plan about how to attract students to the website 3- We want brand our website and let it grow and develop Can u help us in that?
