Campaign Monitor automation with quiz software

I am looking for a freelancer who is very familiar with Campaign Monitor and Interact quiz software.

I am developing a series of quizzes and need the linkage between these two programs and subsequent automation to work.

I will be open to ideas you have on better ways to achieve my outcome, which is about obtaining leads for my business.

I do not see this as a big job hence why the budget. for someone who is experienced in this field.
