Affiliate Specialist

I am looking for a motivated and adaptable Affiliate specialist who is able to apply their strong affiliate knowledge while working in a fast paced role. You will work with and source international affiliate networks and merchants to help build a worldwide points/miles accrual network. We are looking to grow our offering with the top affiliate networks, partnering with the top merchants, and build revenue on an international scale. You will also be responsible for assisting with sourcing promotions and offers to drive the overall revenue performance in this market for our solutions. You will eventually negotiate deals and contracts and work with an operations team to set up the deals and affiliate integrations you source. Responsibilities: • Source new affiliate networks in new regions of interest • Responsible for building the optimal range of merchants/brands and their best offers • Build contacts with networks and merchant affiliate managers • Negotiate enhanced commission deals and special offers • Eventually generate ancillary revenue through sales of advertising and promotional space to merchants • Respond to marketing requests by nominating and sourcing specific offers for program/country specific newsletters, emails and online promotions Requirements: • 2-4+ yrs of experience in affiliate marketing, working at an affiliate network, a publisher or merchant funded offers network, digital marketing company or running an affiliate program (publisher or merchant) • Strong commercial awareness and ability to negotiate confidently on the phone/via email • Excellent communication skills • Familiarity with Affiliate networks • Ability to work/meet flexible hours to accommodate other time zones
