I have a adwords that drive me crazy that has many many adwords so many I am lost in it. What I am after is a person that will do the research and come to me with what I should do not just get on my campaign and keep waisting my money. I want this person or company to come to me with recommendations and key words not the other way around I started adwords in 19 years ago I have over 1500 key words I want you to tell me what words I should have then I will consider them. I want this to be long term and us to grow together. I want someone that has an interest in my industry and an understanding it is a technical industry. I would expect at least 1 to 2 hours a day going through each campaign. I would want daily updates not from a PC running a report. I mean that daily recommendations on how to improve it and what you have done to improve the response. This is on my terms not yours or your companies that is the highest priority. So don’t say yes we can do that and then start giving terms of employment because there isn’t any. There will be terms on payments with minestrones. The terms are listed here. Don’t apply if you can’t deliver. I would want weekly reports on what you did and how that improved my web sites stats. So if you are a super sales man for a big company don’t apply I want the person fiscally hitting the keyboard reporting to me. I want someone min 6-8hours a week sorting out better ways to get more clicks. So, if you are an individual that really wants to work and not just push buttons and punch out automated reports. Please apply. If you work for a big company and have no control over what you do for your clients and don’t apply. You need to do the work your self have a very good understanding of the adwords back end that is the most important thing. This would be a great opportunity for a person that really wants to get behind something. If we are just another number don’t apply.
