SEO Campaign - Google UK (Garden Furniture)

Our company owns a garden furniture eCommerce site operating and selling in the UK. We require an SEO expert/team to deliver three key phrases to the top 3 positions on Google UK. Key Phrases: 1) Rattan Garden Furniture 2) Garden Furniture 3) Rattan Furniture There may be opportunity in the near future for us to extend our campaign, and these three key phrases for our .[login to view URL] site across Google in Europe (e.g. [login to view URL]). When contacting us, please give us an estimated price to get these key phrases on to Google engines in Europe. An SEO Expert/Team will only be selected with a credible history of proven SEO techniques and results. If you are unable to get us to these positions, then please do not apply. You will not be paid for any work that will not meet our requirements (payment for any positions below 3 will not be accepted). Should the results be impressive, we will seriously consider providing additional work to the SEO expert/team with the view to working with them on a monthly basis. You will be required to commence the work on these three key phrases in approximately four weeks time. REQUIREMENTS: - An excel spreadsheet will need to be provided at the end of the job showing the URL's, and the PR of the URL's where the back links are coming from. Back links will be required from authority sites (for example, no links from porn sites). A detailed report will also be required at the end of the job to explain how the rankings have been achieved. - Please show us previous work and techniques that where used to get pos 1 rankings in Google UK. 
- Back links with 100% white hat techniques only! No "black hat" or "gray hat" unethical techniques are accepted (e.g. hidden in JavaScript, font colour similar to background, use of spamming, etc). - Links must be strictly from Google PR3+ pages - internal pages, iframe page with PR less than 3 not count. - Links must be permanent. You agree to replace any links which are removed within 6 months after placement. - One link per domain. - Links must be placed on proper PR3+ web pages, either on home page or internal pages. Page must be linked with Home page. - We will provide anchor text for all the back links.
