Link Building

I am looking for a professional link builder than can deliver 1000 one way, non reciprocal links from web pages with at least Google PR3 and above. I will provide keywords, anchor text and URL's GUIDELINES: * All backlinks must be on urls that was PR3+ or higher. * All backlinks must be DO FOLLOW. * All backlinks must be ONE WAY (no link from our side required back) * Only one backlink per domain * Only one domain per IP * Each backlink must be on a different A or B or C-class IP's * All backlinks must go live after you have created them * [login to view URL] may NOT be excluded for the page the backlink is on. * All pages with a backlink to our site must be search engine friendly. * Backlinks must be static HTML links. No redirects, JavaScript links, hidden links or links on any site that seems to have incurred a Google penalty * Backlink page must already be indexed and cached in Google, Yahoo, Bing and MSN within the last 30-90 days. * Permanent links only! You agree to replace any link that is removed within 6 month after delivery. * If we found a backlink that we feel is inapropiate we have the right to have it removed and replaced by a new one. * We provide the anchor text on pages where it's possible to chose anchor text. NOT ALLOWED: - No BLACK HAT techniques or unethical techniques allowed. - Not on Websites that originate or INTERLINK between them from the same Class-C IP address - Must not use automated software to post links and NO PING SITES. - No text links placed on link directories, articles directories, sub-domain, social bookmarking, profiles, link farms, link exchange programs, forums, blogs comment, adult sites, illegal sites, pharmacy sites, spam sites, web rings, rented links, FFA sites, gambling, links from bad neighborhood, porn sites, hate-based websites, violent websites, cracking or hacking websites. No blacklisted and under construction sites. No comment spamming. - No links within newsgroups. No links as sponsored ads - No hidden links or other kinds that violate Google rules - No pages with more than 50 external links on them. - Text links must not be 'NO FOLLOW' or NO INDEX - No java links, jump scripts, framed pages, redirects, cloaking, CSS redirects, 301 redirects, dynamic links, flash sites/pages, hidden links, no string parameters, session ID's, etc. - No scraped content, mirror sites, orphaned link pages, link schemes and sites overrun with contextual ads, pop-ups, ads - No sites that ask for money from us later on or ask for reciprocal links - No graphic link. Anchor text links only. - Must not be on redirects, cloaking, and other bad practice. No fake PR Please be link-building experts to bid. REPORT REQUIRED AT THE END OF EACH WORKING DAY: - URLS of each link location - IP address of each link page - Google PR on each link page - Date of each link added - All links will be checked and approved approx. within a week after the project is done and I will pay only after 1000 PR3+ are placed on sites completely and correctly.
