Human Capital [HC] is setting up their franchise partner branches nationwide. As a part of this activity HC has planned to boost the Sales and business development by utilizing the services of local experienced people and freshers [MBAA/BBAss] who are enthusiastic to work for this activity under freelance services. For the willingness candidates HC is issuing offer letter after one round of discussion, with the following conditions: 1. Anybody who would like to work for full time or part time will be given the opportunity. 2. The selected people will be given extensive training on HC products and services to educate the mini or small business entrepreneurs to become franchise partners. 3. The selected BDM can be paid RS. 10,000 per Each Franchise partner [FP] signup as onetime payment. 4. They also need to boost the sales of Employment Desk Center setup in their local colleges to help the students in different jobs and education. For setting up employment desk they will be paid 10% of the cash realization as onetime payment after sign up of the college. 5. For any business, if the BDM [Freelance] brings to Human Capital, there is 10% commission given after the cash realization from the customer. Example: Organizing training for corporate, individuals training through branches, etc... There are so many ways to support the branches business. 6. The BDM freelancer will be educated on different products during training and the percentage of offering for them on each sale of the products. 7. They will be tied up with the local Franchise partner for our local business development. 8. The candidate should have bike, cell phone and internet access for easy communication. No travel expenses will be paid. 9. The above JD points are given for male candidates only. For Female Candidates: If any of the female candidates are interested, they can enter into a Consultant Partner [CP] agreement to work from home only and if they are capable of campaigning the HumanCapital services as mentioned in JD. The option should be working from home job only
