Purchasing a 1973 standard economical ranch house 3bed/2bath 1591sq ft. Needing to remodel and update existing space to have 3 bedrooms/2 bath (2 to share bath) 1 bonus room, 1 utility/mud room with wash room/toilet, mud room to include bench seating, storage, washer and dryer/laundry room. New addition to add on 1100 sq ft to include (great room with fireplace interior/exterior access, kitchen/pantry, master with master bath) vaulted/open ceilings all windows back side of house for river views. Would like metal roof and siding for more modern look and feel. Since interior will be simple/modern/clean lines. Need to save money where we can as we are paying a lot for the land. needed: House plans: floor plans foundation section details elevations roof plan plot plan REScheck pdf Need everything to obtain home building permits.
