We got an Open Office space and would like a beautiful Urban Office design done. I want the office to be very operational between departments and a friendly culture in mind. I would like it to be designed all open concept as we work Office spaces. I have the Cad drawings and I need someone to move the walls around and design workflow, do interior designing. Layout exactly where what goes (TV, Printers), I need materials to be specified as well or just colored drawing and we will manage the rest. I need idea for exterior wall as well, I do have clear direction on everything that need someone creative to bring it alive.

Of course, I will give my suggestions when I feel fit, but this should be a space that you design and I just bring to life through plans, elevations, 3D modeling and renderings. I will re-work the layout to fit the needs and esthetic requested. I will prepare the floor plans and elevations, as well as any details needed to clarify the design. I will select materials for main surfaces, and make furniture recommendations to give a style direction. I will combine all this with some visuals to get to a comprehensive presentation. The estimated time may vary depending on the project scope.
