You can expect the following from us: 1) We will first gather information from you to understand the exact requirement for the design (preferred colors, materials, textures, constraints, etc) related to your house. 2) Based on point 1, we will proceed with the space and furniture layouts and mood boards showing design choices/selections for each of the spaces (3 halls of which 1 has dining and kitchenette, kitchen, multipurpose room, 3 kids bedrooms, 1 master bedroom, 6 bathrooms, and landscape area with swimming pool) . Those will be presented to you for approval space by space prior to proceeding with the 3D modeling and rendering. 3) Based on point 2, we will proceed with the 3D modeling and rendering (space by space), with possibility for several modifications/iterations to achieve the desired results. 4) The final renders, space layouts, and bill of materials schedules (for local material/furniture purchase here in the U.A.E.) will be provided to you at project completion.
