2d Animation Of Hindi Moral Stories

This project is for 2d Animation and we are looking someone who can deliver excellent quality. This is a 10 minute animation of hindi moral story and we have the story and narration. We are looking for these services 1) Character Design 2) Storyboard 2) Animation of final story The lip sync should be accurate and the story should have excellent animation like other popular hindi short stories that are broadcasted online. This 10 minute story will have 5 to 6 characters and should have an amazing background and the animation should be extremely professional. We will start of with 1 story as of now and once we finish first project and are happy with the result then we will keep this ongoing. I am also concerned about the duration of the project and we are budget constrained as we have an office facility but we do not want to hire at the moment. If the budget falls out of bounds then we will consider doing it in-house. As I said the story will be comprising of 5 to 6 characters and will have an amazing background music and narration but the animation should be on point.
