The EMC Shop is seeking a responsible and organized individual to support the sales staff. Order processing and management of orders, which can take weeks or months to complete. Ensuring timely communication with appropriate information is delivered to customers. The sales administrator will also be responsible for quoting services (repair and calibration) as well as some low dollar items for sale. Utilizing hubspot, our customer CRM, you will be expected to stay organized and identify techniques to become more efficient.
The EMC Shop buys, refurbishes, services, calibrates, rents and sells high end RF electronic testing equipment. Our customer base includes Apple, Spacex, Google, Facebook, NASA, US Navy & Army, HP, Intel, GE and many others. Our group of 14 employees is supporting our rapid growth. We all wear multiple hats - so teamwork is essential. We have a relaxed culture, work hard, play hard frame of mind.
Responsibilities:
Process orders through Hubspot (Sales CRM)
Collaborate with senior reps to process orders
Develops trust and rapport with sales reps and customers
Coordinate and manages RMAs
Internal liaison between sales and operations when necessary
Complete Vendor approval forms
Send out calibration reminders to existing customers
Team support including Travel & Trade Show Coordinator, Minutes Keeper and Calendar Management
Process orders ensuring a smooth transaction for the customer
Building trust with senior sales reps
Managing cases without overexercising support staff
Qualifications:
Organized, organized, organized
High computer technical aptitude
Experience with a CRM system
Comfortable communicating with customers
Creative problem solver - Not many processes in place here - a lot of case by case basis
Experience in customer service or sales in Electrical, Engineering, RF or closely related industry a Plus
Ability to build rapport with clients and communicate effectively
Detail Oriented - Must be organized with ability to prioritize and multitask
Team player who is positive and possesses a professional demeanor
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
