Create HTML5 Web based game with Leaderboard and Questionaire

We need smart developers who can make HTML5 web based game as per the requirements given by our creative team. some basic inputs to invite bids are 1. Web based HTML5 Game preferably Basketball Game. 2. User earns money after succesful baskets and then game guides user to answer some questions. 3. Questions set are available with us in CSV Format. The game is just to ensure that user whould get knowledge of Taxation from the amount he is winning from the successful baskets. Duration for entire development or Beta should not exceed more than one week. Only experienced users may apply along with the HTML5 games link they've made in past. Detailed document of the concept will be shared with shortlisted users.
