Build matching Landing Pages & EDM as per pdf design using angular components (immediate start)

Hi Freelancers, Need to start immediately. The scope of work requires the following: EDM - responsive and designed to support desktop, web and mobile clients. LANDING PAGE - responsive from desktop (1920x1080) down to Mobile (568x320). The design and layout are all provided, along with the artwork in PDF format (or Photoshop). You are required to produce the content in HTML5 & CSS and using Google Materials ([login to view URL]) Attached is a sample of what we are chasing. A template will be created from the initial design so that the rest of the tasks will use the same design layout and change the copy/images/colours etc. Once developed our developers then will "wire up" the designs into our platform.
