We need you to start working immediately on first customer’s project but we are looking for someone who we would give all the e-shop development jobs and we have many of them coming in all the time. The goal is to provide with low amount of hours modern design (template modification/customisation per customer need), great speed on loading (SPA / PWA preferred) and typical e-commerce functionality that almost any ready made solution provides (product catalogue, shopping cart, checkout, shipping, taxes, etc). First Job’s Description Website for a B2B ordering system. No user registration - e-shop admin will add users manually and send password manually. There will be ~1000 products in future. Around 50 different attributes in future (500ml will cost €15 and 1000ml €25 or kg and around 50 different product types). There will be also services that can be ordered in future. No shipping will be calculated or needed now neither in future. One language. Minimal checkout steps. No payment methods. An invoice will be generated via ERPLY API and also all products will be synced from ERPLY. Here WP/Woo solution has an advantage as it has ERPLY integration. Here’s the list of products exported currently from ERPLY: [login to view URL] Need to estimate hours and discuss the benefits and hours of work for different options: A better solution (probably Laravel for BE and VueJS for FE). Single page application (SPA) - fancy/modern and fast. Maybe use Shopaholic (OctoberCMS plugin) or Bagisto or Aimes (known for good speed that is super important) A cheaper solution (probably Woocommerce) A better Wordpress/Woocommerce solution. “Hybrid” - for example Pantheon’s “Hybrid” approach I've read and probably there are some more. As I understand to make modern (VueJS based for example) FE separate from WP BE. The design will be picked a template. Please suggest nice-looking preferably SPA (single page application) and/or PWA (progressive web app) template. SPEED of the loading new pages is super important! You will win the job if you suggest a solution that is SUPER FAST and has a MODERN NICE LOOKING TEMPLATE! Basically, please suggest the best approach with a nice looking design for this customer that is also cost-effective and extendable in future and if your approach looks good we’ll arrange a time to speak and discuss different technologies. We will be looking for someone to hire long-term to build such simple e-shop solutions for our customers often and a lot. Our history: We used to build a long-ago custom built PHP e-shops then we did MODx CMS based e-shops for many years, then we have experience with Magento and now we’re building complex solutions that have good budget on top of Laravel/VueJS. We’re now looking for a modern and fast solution to build quick and lower budget e-commerce solutions.
