Professional Service Analyst - ECM Software

As a Professional Service Analyst for Virtual Data Partners, you will provide onsite design, deployment services to end users for Square 9 ECM - https://www.square-9.com. Candidates/Contractors must be technically adept and business savvy at the same time. Absolute perfection in the areas of written and verbal communication is a must. All training, user/admin guides, and other documentation will be provided complimentary. I have attached some recent sample Statements of Work (SOW) our team has completed. These provide some examples of work being implemented by our team for the end user, and what we are looking for the right candidates to perform. Ideal Qualities of the Applicant: -- Proven solution development skills with ability to incorporate; software, professional services and hardware requirements -- Highly organized with ability to manage multiple projects -- Business maturity with a “Can-do” attitude -- Self-starter with high initiative Primary Responsibilities: -- Design, deploy and support both client/server and next generation web based document access solutions -- Perform business analysis and needs assessments to partners and customers -- Authoring knowledge-base and tech tip articles to offer self-help for customers Key Requirements: -- Significant experience with Windows Server Infrastructure and Windows Networks -- Desktop support experience -- Excellent verbal and written communication skills -- Knowledge of Web Services, WPF and WWF -- Expert database (SQL) skills, specifically SQL Server -- Knowledge of Windows platform infrastructure (ASP.Net, IIS, Message Queuing, Authentication) -- Knowledge of web programming languages such as HTML, Javascripts, etc. is preferred, but not required Total compensation varies by project, as it is based on the final solution being delivered to the end-user. We will pay our contractors 30% of the total solution. Projects generally range from $7500 to $15000 (US), with hours ranging between 40 and 80. Therefore, compensation would generally range from $2250 to $4500 per project completed.
