Spotlight Posts Featured/Pinned/ on top of landing pages Landing pages like Home, Knowledge, Another Site - have a spotlight section that allows manually pinning posts there for users to see. Posts pinned here are across the sub-sections of each of these pages. Back end method is required for choosing/removing items from the Spotlight 2. Polls/Survey Ability to publish a post containing a poll. 3-4 options per poll is adequate. Results of the poll should show after the user has made their choice 3. Newsletters Periodic newsletter updates, can be shared Internally via email from the Intranet. Editor should be able to create content containing formatted text, images, links. This content gets emailed out, and also archived by date on the Intranet for later reference. Method by which this is functionality is provided is discretion of developer 4. Editor/Org/CXO/Employee Authored Articles Each of the above can publish posts under Another Site, showing their name and profile image 5. Tracking user access fo pages: Under Knowledge, for Business Systems page, we need to track which users have attended presentations 6. Links List There needs to be a backend method for adding/removing/editing a list of links and their Title, Icon/image thumbnail. There can be as many links as required, but a max of 9 is recommended to keep visual clutter low in the sidebar, where these appear 7. Company Profiles & Company Teams Ability to add/edit the above as changes occur 8. Static pages Ability to create pages of static html content, and apply formatting to text, insert images, embed docs and videos, insert tables of content
