Flash client turned into a mobile friendly bootstrap 3 page

I have a flash client that I've taken screen shots of several different screens on it. I would like the equivalent made into html5 mobile friendly bootstrap 3. There are some divs that will be hidden above other divs and so on. I have pictures of the flash client. What I need is place holders for these sections. You can make a responsive image and leave it blank. There are also small thumbnails under the image that when clicked change the image above. There is no need to handle any click events or any other javascript functionality. All I need is the user interface made and working correctly whether they are on a desktop computer or the smallest android device in portrait. image1: Before the auction begins, no bid info on the right and only a countdown timer in the upper right image2: Auction has started and the bidding now begins, countdown is replaced with "Bid Now" and the bidding box, drop the "Bid now" completely and replace it with what's in image3. image3: The bid now gets replaced by a countdown timer. The numbers don't have to be images. image4: The countdown timer is replaced (hidden div) by the Winner image. On desktop devices the look as it is now would be fine. A phone or tablet in portrait would need to be adjusted. For small devices, I was thinking the place bid section in the lower right of the desktop layout can be a footer that stays on the page while they are scrolling. (See image [login to view URL]) The title at the top, the text in the green bar, the image on the left with the box of text on the right, the thumbnails under that part, the textarea under that all have to be like that. The mobile version can have the box of text to the right under the bid image then the thumbs under that. Then textarea under that. Then the "Next Up" table. The "Next Up" table can be a bootstrap 3 self contained scrollable table. Please make something that has 20 rows with dummy data in the TDs. I want these columns: Stock#, Vehicle Description, Odometer, and High Bid. We don't need item as a column. I want it to scroll under the table header and be self contained in that area only. Again, you will not have to write anything javascript or create any image. Just placeholders are fine. Create dummy images with the correct pixel width and height if needed with nothing in them. This is just bootstrap 3 layout only.
