I have an existing django 2 application and would like to extend/enhance the django-admin to have chained (dependent) dropdowns when selecting.

Simple Example

The simple example below is only to give an idea about my applications requirements. My models a little more comple but I hope it gives an idea of requirements.

Suppose you have an address where a user should choose a Country and a City. When the user selects a country we want to show only cities belonging to that country. So the one selector depends on another one.

Extend/enhance the django-admin to have multiple, multi level chained (dependent) dropdowns

Working in the django-admin not in a view

Extend/Enhance the existing add/change admin views.
