We are a small team building algorithmic trading bots via Python, Flask, MySQL, and JavaScript. We're looking for an additional full-time developer to improve our current GUI (or potentially build a new one). The GUI displays important data and has parameters the traders can change in real time as well as on/off buttons. The applicant will need to have a basic understanding of trading and/or be willing to google and figure out basic trading concepts like bid/ask, order book, volume, etc. Our team will be available to explain some of the more difficult concepts and to guide the developer but he should be able to work independently for the most part. Task 1. Create a simple website that will display in real-time (updated every 15 seconds): a) Bitmex 24h volume data for the following contracts: ETHUSD, LTCH19, EOSH19, BCHH19 b) OKex liquidity available at 0.5% depth (how many contracts are available 0.5% into the bid and how many contracts are available 0.5% into the ask) for OKex 3 month futures: ETH-USD-190329, LTC-USD-190329, EOS-USD-190329, BCH-USD-190329 2. Display the bitmex and okex data separately with contracts on the rows and the data type on the columns 3. Have an on/off subscribe button for each contract. If the subscriptions are off, the data stops updating. Hi. As far as I understood you, there is need only for web based application and no need to build desktop GUI. I do understand how finances work is it will be a lot easier for me to integrate in your team if we decide to work together. Apart from that I suggest building fast prototypes and testing how it 'feels'. I am have a good feeling of 'design' so I think will be a good candidate for this project.
