Build responsive web api with javascript libraries openlayers/leaflet

I have built a web API in “ArcGIS Web App Builder developer edition”. Screen Shots of the web api can be found in the below mentioned link. I would like to build this API by using OPENLAYERS in javascript ….\ Project 4. Built Openlayer Javascript API\2. List of widgets, Icons and code links In this excel sheet, I have provided you all the code links for widgets and icons. You don’t have to write codes for each and every widgets or icons on the map. You just need to grab the codes and put it in a write framework/position on the map. I have provided the links were the code has been taken for “ArcGIS Web App Builder developer edition” & “ArcGIS API for Javascript” libraries but now I need to work with Openlayers /Leaflet JS library. I would like to replicate the same template for my web api. The owner of this web page has used ArcGIS API for Javascript. One of the features I like about this web api that I am able to move the layers window/widget anywhere on the screen. It would be great if you can have that functionality for all the widget. One of the thing I like about this web api that I am able to move some of the widgets on the map and when I click on the return arrow it goes to its original position.I would like to have this functionality in Project 3 as well.
