I am looking to get a rating/listing website that is similar to a Yelp or Airbnb website, but of course much more basic. I do not need graphics/designs. Things that are needed: 1. People need to be able to create accounts. There will be two types of users, people who list and people who search the listings. 2. I need the lister's to be able to create a public profile (or listing). There will only be one, there is not a need to create multiple listings for the same lisiting user 3. I need to be give the listers the ability to add various fields of data that the searchers can use to search for. I would also need at least some of the fields have the ability to hide from searcher if they choose to. 4. I need searchers to be able to search/sort/filter using multiple different search options, including location. 5. Depending on how complicated, I would like the searchers to be able to send a message to the listers (this is not essential) 6. Once searchers make a search, they need to be able to see the listings that match their query and click on different listings for the full profile I also have someone designing the website/layout (nothing with functionality), so you will need to be able to work with them.
