Angular 2 UI for a project

Details will be provided later. For now the basic thing to know is that we need an angular 2 UI that we can use with a .net core 2 project. The look and feel needs to be like outlook (3 pane). 3rd pain should contain basic elements like textbox, Buttons, Grids. Json output will be provided to fill the data. I am planning to have a long term relationship with the developers and will use VSTS to manage the project and hourly billing to be paid based on approved tasks.
