My emails from my CRM are all going to SPAM. The tech Support advised the following:
Please follow any of the alternatives we have to fix your spam issue:
Ask your customers to white list your email.
You can use your SMTP details for communication.
You can go for SPF & DKIM validations with below steps:
Login to ConvergeHub
Go to your SMTP Settings
Add Sending Domain
Set up the SPF & DKIM values with your MCA Lead Domain
