I want a website that measures the productivity and progress of employees. To summarize it, I would like a portal for both the human resources department and for the employees so it easily accessible for the manager to oversee all activities. In this portal i would like to make it easier for the communication between the employees, HR and the manager. For example, employees being able to request to go on leave/vacation, salary advances and salary statements on a monthly basis for all workers. As for the employees going on vacations or taking leave, i would like for it to show how many days for both subjects to be available, for example, i want to see how many days of leave/vacation the employees have used or have left to be automatically recorded and be easily visible to the employees/manager. As for the time the employees have worked, i would like for the website to be able to connect to a fingerprint device that logs the times for when the employees check in and check out of work, doing so it will automatically calculate total work-time for all workers so it can be approved by the manager and then by the HR. i want to program it in Asp.net mvc5 framework in c# with sql server database (Database first not code first)
