Full-stack React or Vue developer with good API skills needed.

I’m looking for a good React or Vue developer to build a simple MVP for a new startup. I’ll deliver design (and possible HTML + CSS too depending on the price). The system is very simple as we need to create a backend where I’m thinking about using an API-based CMS like [login to view URL], connect with Survey Monkeys API and pulling in data from the latter to a frontend. The idea is to automate surveys to various organizations and projects (all created in the admin-area) and pulling in the data to show in a few graphs for the users of each project or organization. As its an MVP not data entries, user-managament or alike will happen in the frontend, so its meant to be very backbone. Important quality of the code is good as we hope continue the work at a later stage after the commercial aspects of the platform have been proven. Please provide me with your hourly rate and an idea for how much time the connection to GraphCMS (or alike), Survey Monkey, minimal user-management in backend and a simple somewhat static frontend will take. I know its tricky to provide with this info, but I just need to know in which ballpark the cost is before I finish up my proposal for the company. I’m 99% sure it will go through and timewise I’m flexible but expect a few weeks before acceptance before work can be started. Please attach your previous works to review. Thanks
