As I understand, you want to create a simplified version of the painting game you linked, with only a fill bucket tool, maybe some undo/reset elements, but with the ability to use any image just by giving an URL parameter, and with user options to print or store the painted image. Questions left: Do you have an existing storage database which can be used to hold the drawings, or would you require a server/server module, too? What exactly will be the purpose of storing the result? How should users identify and load their previously stored paintings? The drawing program itself is not much of an issue. It will only need to display a palette and an image, listen for click/touch positions and apply a flood fill algorithm from there. The image could be fetched from an URL and copied onto an HTML canvas, so it can easily be sent to a print dialog, right-click-saved by the user or sent to a database if you prefer to store completed paintings. A list of applied colors should allow to undo all steps easily (and optionally allow to recreate the drawing from a physically smaller database of painting instructions if you don't want to store a whole full-color image per drawing). My offer is for a pure in-browser HTML5 version without any plugins but possible som JavaScript dependencies (goog, jQuery etc). I'm a new freelancer but I've made some similar projects for training and it's being hard to get the first project here. I had never worked with html drawing (canvas) so I started developing the project and already have a working prototype with changeable paint tool size and color. The php+sql part is easy too... I asked for 15 days release to make optimizations and customizations (design validation). I'm studying informatics engineering (starting master's degree) so I have dozens of experienced friends and startup owners that can help me completing the project if I have any doubts. If you choose me I will do a php server that downloads the image on request and uses the local copy on html canvas and then delete it (using image from original source to remove the white pixels creates a security leak). My prototype uses the html5 color input (any RGB color), but I will make the color pallet, with a jquery show-hide menu (the palette is quite big and would cover a large work area. The save and print options are simple php+html code. My written and oral skills in English are not very good due to lack of training, but I understand everything I read and this project don't require advanced English skills I guess.
