Woocommerce shipping rates help

I need the following help with my ecommerce store: 1. I have one item for FREE but would like to charge shipping per item added to the cart for example 1 free item = $8 if user adds 2 items then = $16 and so on that should be added on the cart. 2. By fixing item #1 now it affects the rest of my products brcause it follows the same shipping method and i want the rest of the products to have another shipping rate of $5 each Its only one free product with $8 shipping and rest of products should be $5 shipping
