Utamu is a radically transparent luxury brand for thought leaders. We make jackets using sustainable indigenous textiles, employ artisans in developing communities, and send children to school. We started in Nairobi, however given the informality of its tailoring ecosystem, we haven't created fixed designs and technical drawings for our products. We're seeking new designs and technical drawings for 3 jackets and 1 dress, which we will be launching on Kickstarter in July. Given the time constraints, we are aiming to have final designs before April 10th to begin making prototypes. We will work with artisans in Kenya, Mali and Burkina Faso to produce these jackets, so we ask that you help us prepare everything they require to make the garments. Thank you.
