Looking for a professional full stack web developer to, - Design a functional proof of concept website that can become scalable if needs be. - Website will have members who can advertise services, Upload pictures and have payment functionality through paypal on a members profile. - Search functionality needed. - Sign over all source code at project end. - Work to milestone payments after initial payment. (Negotiable) - If project is completed within time and to high standard additional work will be needed. Estimated small project for POC. Scalable project will be very large project. Thank you.
