I would like to make a website, with a chat, answered by the IBM WATSON. In this website will have a section to the user check the status of the old conversation, that can be also answered by a human. So I'll need 2 types of login: #1 users that will come to the website and talk with the chatbot. #2 professional users that will come to the website and answer the conversations that the bot couldn't answer.

Bom dia, eu tenho bastante experiência em desenvolvimento utilizando as APIs do watson e, angular 2 para desenvolver a aplicação. Sou Bluemix Certified Application Developer. Eu consigo criar em poucos dias a aplicação que você quer. A minha ideia é criar uma aplicação em angular 2 com os logins que você precisa, banco de dados cloudant (para custo zero inicial ) ou PostgreSQL no bluemix e treinar o watson conversation. Preciso de uma lista de perguntas e respostas que serão utilizadas no fluxo de conversação.
