Requirements: To design from scratch a bespoke website A bespoke creative graphic based website, unique designers must be creative and have excellent skill. DO NOT WANT TEMPLATE customised or COPY jobs or MIX and MATCH. Bidders must have ability to develop tailored application for website. Family tree system, with biographies. My concept for the tree: 1 Ancestor stems 14 major tribes. User clicks on the family chart and tribe name, an effect zooming in or similar animation type will show further descendants from the tribe user can select a descendant by clicking his name then this will open up a dynamic family tree where clicking names will open further trees. All Names will be displayed in English and Arabic (Persian, urdu have the same alphabet so the name for example will be displayed like this: Ali al-Uraidhi ibn Ja'far/ علي العريضي بن جعفر ) obviously this can be designed in a way to be responsive cursor over name shows minor details once clicked on the name then opens further sub tree of the person with his sons names, and this method continues till the data tree ends There are many requirements in the design, which need to be shown correctly. ONLY bidders with experience and skills to achieve the desired outcome should bid. Website will include Database system, PHP HTML5, JAVA maybe flash it needs to be a dynamic interactive design. Public users can only view this information in an interactive way it must be easy to use navigate well designed simple and elegant.
