Mobile friendly multi-platform responsive web design, 15. Interactive user application, 16. Search Job classifieds, 17. Current Openings, 18. Employer (Company/Consultancy) Login, 19. Employer Login - Post of Current Job Openings by Employer Login, 20. Employer Login - Review candidates for suitable job opening, 21. Employer Login - Update already posted existing Job Opening by same user, 22. Employer Login - Select/Shortlist candidate for interview and update status, 23. Employee Login - Manage his individual profile, contact info etc, 24. Employee Login - Upload resume in doc format, 25. Employee Login - Search job classifieds based on skill set, 26. Emailer Campaign SEO Activity - Search engine review, PPC, Campaign (Search Engine, Social for 6 months from web publish), SEO Friendly Website, Google Search Engine Submission for search display, Social Media Branding (FB, Twitter, Linked in etc as appropriate for 6 months from web publish), The web site should contain home page with 2 tabs one for employee and other for employeer / consultant. After click it should divert to the form fill page after all entry the option should ne available for save and proceed for payment. After payment only the openings should be display gor employee and employeer / consultant. The job contains web page designing, web site registration, available space should be unlimited with unlimited mail id. There should be facility of auto pick of available data from word file, blocking of employee / employeers already registered. NOTE : 1. FOR SMALL CHANGES, MAINTAINANCE AND SUPPORT SHOULD BE FREE FOR FIRST 6 MONTHS FROM WEB PUBLISH. 2. ANY CHANGES BEFORE FINAL WEB DEVELOPMENT ANF WEB PUBLISH SHOULD BE FREE OF COST. 3. FOR MAJOR CHANGES AFTER THE PUBLISH OF WEB WILL BE PAID EXTRA AS PER MUTUAL AGREEMENT
