Trace a Home Floor plan and make colorized drawing

Please Bid $20.00 and we may add more individual jobs based on your speed and quality. The job is to Trace a Homes Floor plan, add color and landscaping as the Grant example shows. Your job will be the trace and colorize the Kim. In addition to the Kim floor plan, there is an example of a past project, the Grant. This task only takes a very small amount of time to do. See the Grant Flyer, then see the finished product the designer used to trace and make the colorized drawing. Because it was 2 floors it is 2 pages. The second floor is on the second page. Then they add the colorful landscaping to the first floor only. Attached is "The Kim" that you will take and make a beautiful 2-page color rendering of the floorplan. Please do not get excited, these are done very fast by our other designers and only cost us $20.00 each to do, but I have 20 of them so the job will be $400.00 for the 20. You must do 1 and I will then add to the job with additional plans. If you go to slow, we will stop. If you can deliver 5 per day, $100.00 per day for 4 days that be great, we will see how it goes. Ok as far as what floor covering goes where? There is a document attached that explains it all. Just so you know, you are not working on a homes exterior rendering. The Grant is an example completed by our designer that is busy. Please use same approximate landscaping colors and types as sample on the 1st floor only. The second floor plan look like the Grant example. A few reminders: See on the final Grant example the landscaping you will notice is only on the 1st ground floor. Try to use same landscaping colors and shapes like the example.
