Design a tourism brochure that is double-sided on an A4 page that is ready for print and as a PDF.

Refer to attached PDF for a suggested layout. Design to include a logo design and a location map with places of interest marked.

Colour background could be white or a shade of maroon or blue, text colour to be maroon headings and blue text (white background) or contrasting text colour for maroon or blue background.

This brochure is for a small not-for-profit community club that has very limited funds for promotion (hence the small budget).

Please create a mock design as to how the brochure will look like using text filler and public domain images.
