Sublimation Designs for Girls Leotards

Our company has been making traditional gymnastics apparel for 30 years but our industry is moving toward on demand and highly customized wear. We have invested in sublimation equipment but our design team is not qualified to make exception, full body designs. Our skill in Illustrator and CorelDraw is not what it needs to be. We are looking for someone that can take our customer input and potentially our rough sketches and turn them into elegant and attractive designs. We would like to make a permanent working relationship with a designer or two, that we can call on when the need arises. In the past, our customers usually request 2 revisions to get the design right, so keep that in mind when inquiring about this project. We expect to charge our customers between $30 - $50 for the artwork for this type of project. We hope to create over 1000 jobs over the next year, using the sublimation process. Ideally the work will be spread fairly evenly throughout the year, though our busy season is between August and February. This project is for girls, between the ages of 5-14, and is a winter themed event with turquoise blue to white ombre fade. It appears they want a lot of activity and a feminine/playful design within the winter and ombre theme. We would need a vector format file (.cdr or .eps) as well as the initial preview picture, as we will be using CorelDraw to interface with the sublimation printer's software.
