This is a simple sign that will be installed at the entrance to a new home community. It consists of 4 columns sized per the attachment and 3- 18" tall walls in between the 4 columns. On top of the 16 foot long walls are a typical white 48' tall bright white plastic (PVC) fence as shown on page 2. The Columns are typical sized off white brick. The concrete caps are bright white. I need you to prepare a drawing drawn close to scale that I can hand a illustrator to then draw. Please EXPLAIN TO ME what your quote is for and provide me any examples of exterior walls you have drawn.
