Series of animated explanation videos, created with Powtoon

We are looking for a freelancer to help us create a series of explanation videos which will be used as content for our website, offering financial services. Each video explains one financial or business term or topic - more or less complex things, explained in a way that everyone can understand. To fit in the branche, the videos have to be done with enough elegance, sleek feel. But balanced with lightness and a bit non-formal tone, suitable for our target group. The videos also need a positive vibe. We are looking for a professional video creator that knows how to put text explanations into visuals. The creater of the video will receive a written text (explanation of one term) and will create a video based on that. The videos should be created with Powtoon or any similar tool, helping to get a good result in short time. The videos will be created in our Powtoon account and we hold all the rights. The first video will be a template, pattern for all the following videos. We would need approximately 1 video per month. We are aiming for a long-term collaboration after a successful try-out. Our website is currently in Dutch, but we are working on English version, as well. The videos should cover both languages (to be discussed how - either one language voice-over, the other one subtitles or two versions of the same video, each with different lanugage voice-over). Because of that, the process would be easier if the video creator understands Dutch. We can provide the voice-over, but it would be even easier if the video creator takes care of that, as well (in Dutch language). When posting offers for this project, provide also external links to where we can see your portfolio videos.
