We are looking for a simple website work. PFA the work requirement as below. The websites aims to add all the locations of india where an AED is installed. (An AED is a small device that saves a person during cardiac arrest) The basic aim is people adding on this website if their office / location has an AED In India there are more than 10000 AED's but locations are unknown. Name of the Place, Approx Number of People working, Number of AED's, Model Make of AED (Drop Down), Contact Person name email mobile and Google Map location is compulsory. Once added, the admin has to verify the details to approve it to be shown online. We have a data of about 100 odd places where AED is already installed. A fairly simple website for phase 1. Once the number of users increases, we will add more details feature and users based on email id to update. Home page will show case Number of active locations Google map marking those locations Number of AED marked contact form ADD my AED link Add My AED page will have information as per the above Once the info is submited they have to verify the email. Once that is done admin will receive a notification to verify, admin will make a call and verify additional details and will approve the same. They the homepage will update that information.
