We are looking for redesign of the DPE ([login to view URL]) website. You are requested to provide us with a concept design of a revamped website showcasing a fresh design of this website. This phase does not to involve actual development of the website, just the high level design of what could the website look like. The website is and will still be based on Microsoft Sharepoint 2013. Please find TOR from this link. Please note that this is a design only phase, no actual development(css/html etc). Just a look and feel of the new website. Successful bidder for this phase will be considered for the 2nd bigger development of the entire redevelopment project provided they are competent with MS Sharepoint technologies and other essential web development skills.
