Design is similar to hxxp://[login to view URL] PSD to HTML5 SASS Use Bootstrap 3 grid : container, row, col, etc. Exclude all other unused Bootstrap 3 components. Doesn’t have to be fully responsive now, but should work on tablet both tall and wide viewports. Must be super lightweight and load in under 1 second or less! And don’t tell me the hosting is slow, I can tell what page is built for sleep :) Looking to spend under $40.
