We are a young creative company from Germany visualizing real estate for our clients. We are looking for very creative designers to create brochures like the following example: [login to view URL] It will probably be an ongoing work as we intend to create brochures like this for several contract work projects in the next months. Your responsibilities: - You analyze customer needs, based on existing data (we provide you with needed 3D-renderings!) and specifications (in German, we provide English translation if required) - You create a brochure from the provided data - You add stock images like in the example mentioned above - The used files and the finished product must be free of copyrights - You provide us the brochure as PDF What you offer: - Experience in software like Indesign, Photoshop or similar - A flexible, punctual work with attention to detail - German language skills are advantageous, alternatively at least English written fluently What we offer: - An ambitious company with a young team - A flat organization - Interesting, creative orders - Home Office - We take over the complete customer acquisition and communication Are you interested? Hi. Thanks for posting the job. I am interested. A few things to be mentioned regarding the project. The sample you have sent as reference has a very common look and feel, you can see such visual approach on many other brochures. I can provide a much more appealing and efficient visual that emphasize well the real estate business but have more originality. I would be delighted to work on a unique and elegant concept for you to see before choosing a bidder if you can send me here the content for the brochure, including logo in vectorial format ( brand identity), text and images ( on images both of use should look for them). About the flipping page, there is no cost for that. There are many sites where you can upload the brochure using a 1 page sequence brochure and they automatically make it flipping pages, displaying the left and right page as in your example). The deadline is within 7 days if you approve my concept ( once you send me the content), we are in the same time zone, which makes it easier for fast turn-around and further discussion.
