Partially Completed WordPress web site that needs completing

We have a partially finished WordPress/php web site project that needs completing in the next two weeks. This work is for our new web site. We are an activities based company aimed at mainly children but we also do adult activities. We have attached a comprehensive design specification. Only some of this specification has been delivered so far and the results are here: www.redmox-test.com. There are aspects of the spec that have not been followed. You will have cpanel access to this domain as well as all the PSD files created for the new site. The new design is just fine, it needs a little more creativity with the images, imbedded videos and text. One of the main features of the new web site is moving pictures of each activity with tag lines for that activity. The pictures will be displayed slowly moving across the screen just like the effect on this web site www.pioneercampontario.ca. So a variety of images in a loop. All the images are provided and the order of images is also supplied. This needs to be replicated on our site so please only bid for this job if you are able to achieve this. Also we have a back end CRM (LAMP based) that is hosted on another server. We have an enquiry form and a testimonials page on both the new and old sites. The enquiry form on the new site will need to initially grab some data from this remote database to populate the form with, then do some rudimentary data checking, and then on success insert the data into the remote database. An automated email is also sent. For the testimonials page, the script needs only to grab its data from the remote database. Please do not bid for this job if you are unable to perform this small amount of programming. Once completed, the site will then need to be transferred to www.redmox-leisure.com. This currently shows our original site but once completed, the new web site will be hosted on the same server as www.redmox-test.com. If you have the skills asked for above, this should be a straight forward job and one that should be completed fairly quickly. The design is done so it is a matter of the two technical details and adding a little creativity to the site. So for example, we don't just have square pictures with square blocks of text everywhere. We want some graphic design on the photos to break up the page a little. All images and videos are ready to go. Budget is £200-£350.
