I'm looking for someone with experience using Softplan design software that can create full architectural models and plans. I will provide the ideas/ concepts and need an experienced designer to put everything together. I appreciate that there are various other design programs out there but my office uses Softplan which is why all designs will need to be done in Softplan ([login to view URL]). I currently have 3 projects that need to be designed and many more in the works which is why we are looking for someone we can build a long term relationship with. We have a maximum budget per project and could either pay by the hour (up to that budget or a flat fee per design)

All works is steps wise 2d plan is concepts base and better' related 3d view is basick and all 2d plan is verry well described is all layout and all 2d plan and 3d plan is verry simple language etc
