Need a Wordpress Landing Page designer quick, have 1hr till our deadline

Hi! We have $15 to spend and need a Wordpress Landing Page designer. Need this done by this Monday. Should take about two hours. Need 9 landing pages made that are exactly the same that each have a form for leads. I just need the main landing page, then 9 other landing pages that are exactly the same. The purpose of the 9 landing pages is to get leads using a form that includes name, email, phone, etc. I will use those landing pages to attached google tags for remarketing. This website needs to be made on the online version of WordPress so that its easy for me to edit. I have a style that I want the main landing to look like. as well as the other landings. (for the main page) As for the nine landing pages, they need to be for the nine regions; Denver, Hawaii, Wichita, Arizona, Iowa, San Diego, Kansas, Nebraska, Delaware. In short, I need landing pages for remarketing and for form leads. However, we need the main page and maybe one landing page as soon as possible, aka in the next hour! We dont need anything spectacular, cheap and simple. Can you whip up a preview of the main page and 1 landing page really quick and link it to me?
