Need professional designer to design 5 2d game character and world of first level (PSD)

This level of the game is the first level and it needs the main character, and four enemies. you are also responsible for designing the level's field's element. As you know, when you design one part of the ground for example, you can apply that throughout the level. You must spend your skill to design simple but funny characters in one way or other. The work will be done on a remote laptop be prepared (install TeamViewer). You are to do the entire work on a remote laptop. Must be creative and fast. The character must have 4 swords so you will be designing four sword and each sword has one ability (bullet or etc) you must design the ability in its still state as well. (Say the bullet itself and the explosion when it hits the enemy. You will not do the animation. Please look at the sample files in this project. You are required to design the game elements with separable layers so we can animate them later. No one-layer file is accepted. No copy from internet, no google image or cartoon character accepted. Your work must be new, unique, creative and it must have an association with the world (field) and its surrounding. You are designing a world in 2d and it needs to be greeny, gamie, funny, and likable by children. whatever pieces you design you must have somehow thought of its association with the entire picture. You will login to my PC to do the work and all the design tools will be provided to you. Photoshop, inDesign, Illustrator and whatever you need. Here is the list of things you design: 1. Main Character 2. 4 Enemies 3. World of first level (this include trees, ground, sky, clouds, 3 different blocks or hole(eg. acid river) to jump from, 4. 4 weapons of the main character + its ability (bullet or fire they shoot) in still state 5. Ability of the 4 enemies. Enemies may inflict harm by only getting to the main character. but you still have to design pain infliction when it hits. You will be more guided throughout the project and commented on everything you design. The work is very simple but it needs that you be a game designer and that you have designed game elements before. Please if you can shoot some of your work in your proposal. Dont just say you can do this in message have some legit proof to be chosen.
