I need a fully integrated website that allows a user to sign in through a splash page with LinkedIn, then describe 3 types of services

This is the request I just made to this developer: I need a fully integrated website that allows a user to sign in through a splash page with LinkedIn, then describe 3 types of services. Cxo Pro Bono, CxO Career Coaching, and Cxo Resume Prep. I’d like to have my career coaches be able to create a login, setup a profile, and upload their face/profile as a e-commerce product. Users would than be able to sign up for a meeting with this user. Once requested, the consultant will be notified via the site or gsuite through an automated message, and then be able to respond back to the user to setup a time. If we can intigrate that into gsuite/ google hangouts, that would be perfect. Once the date is confirmed, the user is than invoiced, a automated reciet is sent to the end user, consultant, and the company, and the money is deposited into an account on gsuite. We’d also like to have ways to potentially refund the client. It would have to be easy to scale number of career consultants on the site, have their bios, and potentially pages of profiles. Also rating on these profiles is important. Regarding the second page, it will be for pro bono career consulting. We’d like to have users sign up, have a profile about them, what their specialties are, and then be able to update a profile and have their LinkedIn picture on a page (like a e-commerce site). Pro bono consultants should be able to via request and setup meetings via google hangouts. We’d like a section where they can upload their resume as well. We will not be charging or paying employees based off of this. This service is going to be completely free. Third page is going to have writing about different resume services that we offer, including c/v and social media. We want a user to be able to go up, sign in, sign up for a resume service, have them upload their resume. Potential meetings could be setup through this and generated through google hangouts. On the 4th page, we are going to sell CxO videos, career coaching videos and how tos- these will be completely digital and online.
