Need a Dynamic & Responsive Website for a educational institute for the blind

Synopsis: The main objective of the project is to develop and design a website for an educational institution to showcase the brand’s image and persona of the institute in the most attractive and professional manner. Scope of Work: The site must be CMS driven as well as responsive and must display various informations and options in easy and user-friendly way. Admin should be able to change every section with ease and simple editing. It should be blind friendly. Scope Outline: The scope can be briefly described in the following way: Home Page - The homepage with a image slider will be used to facilitate navigation to other pages on the site by providing links to prioritized and recent articles and pages. About Us: This page will contain a brief history of the institute along with pictures and other necessary information. It shall contain the different sections. Academics - This menu will contain the following sections separately - Admission Page with Admission Form option for uploading files ( doc/pdf/img ). Each file size not to exceed 1MB. Results Page ( student will enter “Student ID” - and all the results in current academic year will be displayed as well as available in downloadable pdf format along with student profile details and photo ) Registration with the institute for Audio and Braille press books. Workshops & Vocational Training etc. - This section will contain details of all workshops done by the students along with their pictures/images. Different vocational trainings imparted by the institute. Alumni - Details of different ex students batch details, current employment, social links (FB, Google, Twitter), email ID. Gallery - This tab will show a list of images of all the awards achieved by the students, different workshops conducted by the institute along with other important activities. Contact Us - Detailed address & contact information of the institute along with an enquiry form. An automatic responder will go to the visitor. The contact us page will also show the geographic location integrated with google maps of the address/s of the institute. Others - News Board, Event Updates etc. and other activities of the institute. Student (User) Landing page after login via social media - Students Profile Teacher (User) Landing page after login via social media - Teacher’s CV - Current Profile - Roster List - Leave Applications - Salary Details ( PaySlips ) Hierarchy : Trainee -> Junior Teachers -> Senior Teacher -> Departmental head -> Principal. ADMIN (User) -The back end of the website must feature an administrative panel to manage the updation of data at the front as well as back end, bulk data uploading & downloading. Following are the key functionalities Image Management - User must be able to change and upload new images. Content Management - New content should be uploadable & provision to add new section Database Management - Option to add/delete new fields in forms General Management Key Features - Sign-up Form - One-time registration integrated with social media like facebook, google, twitter - personal details to be fetched from the social links and linked with the “Unique ID” against which all details will be fetched from our database. The site will have menu and sub menu links. Since CMS will be used, so adding, editing content should be handled from the CMS. Wordpress CMS must be used in LAMP framework. Linux hosting environment will be used to host the site. Technology: PHP in LAMP framework and MySql technology must be used to develop the portal. Bulk data upload in .xls format from which various reports should be downloadable in pdf format. Eg. Student’s report card, Attendance records, Job Roster etc.
