i need a website that will give betting predictions to users who registers...the users should be able to register with their phone numbers directly and pay an amount of money(either weekly, monthly or yearly) to access the predictions. a user can also register as a superuser where he creates an account where pays for it monthly and posts his predictions for other people to see. the betting sports will be football and basketball at the start. i should be able to change the contents of the website from the admin Back End panel Before Bidding on this project...kindly look at the reference website below.
