National health Number

im kamal elbadri form sudan 33 years old holding master degree in IT as network eng working as IT manger in the company . I have an idea to make national project taking about ((health ID card or Number)) the concept is every patient or non-patient must have this number the number is his/her files. how does it work :- patient will have number for example(23456) how he is getting this number ? first when the patient visit a doctor , a doctor will be having user name and password online in the website of (health number) then doctor will register this patient for first time automatically system will issue unique number (23456) so doctor will write on this patient file all the analysis he needs form laboratory . the patient will go to any laboratory in the country so the lab specialist will open the website then will enter the patient number (23456) will find all test that doctor needs. then will make it and after the result come out should attach it to patient file (23456) patient will be back to the doctor - so doctor will check online the patient file will find the result . doctor will write the medicines , patient will go direct to pharmacy , they will enter the patient number (23456) they will find the prescription . i know like this system can be found in hospitals, but every hospital has different system and different file number so patient could have more than 5 files with different numbers . and these files dont work out the hospitals. so my online system will be different and will be for all and anywere in country or out side the country doctors can check your file so no need to take with you alot of papers if you want to go out side for treatment out of country because all your result your prescriptions your diagnosis will be available 24 H/7 D/12 M/365 D. Why i came out with this project?????? because i have two stories to say :- 1- i have my uncle died because of low suger .... suddenly he fell down he was far away from hospitals . so no one knows why he fell down and there was a doctor but he could not know what is happen, but you think if my uncle was having the health card with number .. so any doctor even from his mobile can login and enter the patient number so immediately will know ? what paint is suffering form .and can also give him some medicine till they reach the hospital. second story or scenario :- in my country sudan we have 26 states some of them there are some people who cant come to capital (khartoum) to have the treatment and if they are able to come where they will stay . they dont know any one here and they dont have enough money to take house for rent untill they finish their treatment and then they go back. so through this system patient can login using his number make reservation or and meet adoctor online or he can send message to his doctor so maybe he can have his treatment form his place (how) doctor can write prescription for him while the doctor in khartoum and the patient form another state. so when the doctor wirte the prescription immediately the patient can go to the pharmacy or can go to the lab to make test if doctor needs that. i mean to say can be treated remotely. so patient wont waste his time and money . by coming from his state to another 5 to 6 hours and staying 3 to 4 days and rent [login to view URL] pla pla pla . this is a big project and it can be done . it need some company 10 to 20 employees and money . before that this project will be submitted to the health ministry then we will get approve form the ministry . this is easy because ministry encourage all technologies which will serve the people any more details or to contact me alaa_1012@[login to view URL]
